Modifications to scoring and graphics production for the final version of code for the C-LAMP paper in GCB.

    14 2. edit script: (change ONLY the "user modeification" section)

    16 3. run  script:

    18    run_1-model.csh > out.1

    19    run_2-model.csh > out.1

    21    => final ouptput in 1 directory   (if comparing 1 model)

    23       final ouptput in 3 directories (if comparing 2 models)

    25       (if need to copy output to a web directory:                   

    26         - copy the (one) file *.tar to a web directory

    27         - untar *.tar at the web directory )
